What digital solutions can you use for a food court?

Obypay is the only French service provider able to deploy 100% of solutions essential to the complete management of your food court: order taking, collection, preparation, delivery and management. 

Obypay also offers a solution that's unique on the market, enabling your customers to consult the menu of each stall present from a single interface and place an order in one go. The order and payment are then distributed to each stand concerned, thanks to theintegration with your cash register software

To go even further, Obypay also offers the possibility of creating multi-brand cards. These cards often take the form of product selections such as: all products under 10 euros, a selection of dishes to share, etc.

Is it possible to analyze my food court figures?

With Obypay, you can analyze key figures for your food court in real time. Our solutions also enable you to obtain detailed figures for each of your stalls and orders placed, whatever the sales channel (qr code menu), Self ordering kiosk, click and collect, delivery, ...).

In addition to a global view by establishment, you can also define rights for your teams so that they can access the figures or not. Obypay's food court solution offers user rights management. 

Is it possible to install an order terminal in my food court?

We recommend installing one or more control terminals in high-traffic areas.
Food courts are busy places, so order kiosks help to streamline the customer experience.

While your Halle Gourmande restaurateurs concentrate on their core business - production - your kiosks handle order registration and payment.

The order terminal becomes your best ally, offering all available choices at a glance. Our order kiosks allow you to create multi-baskets, so you can order products from different shops in a single order and payment. The kiosk not only optimizes the customer experience, but also increases the average basket by around 30%!

Can customers place a blanket order and pay directly at a stand?

It's possible to place a global order for all the products from all the restaurants in your Food Court. Thanks to a QR Code menu or a control terminalThis means that each stand can take the order and payment of its customers separately, for all the stalls in the food court. Customers will be able to pay from the order terminal or the QR Code menubut also directly to one of the stalls. 

How do I know if an order is ready?

A Food Court or Halle Gourmande is a relatively large venue. So being able to place orders at once, without queuing, is a huge advantage. Your customers have several options for collecting their orders. Obypay is able to send notifications as soon as an order is ready. It is also possible to create a beeper or send an SMS so that your customers can collect their order at the right time. They can sit down at their table or wait outside for their order to arrive. They'll know the second you're ready!

Can my customers pay with luncheon vouchers?

Your customers can pay in your Food Court by meal voucher. Obypay accepts a wide range of payment methods, including Edenred, Sodexo, Updéjeuner, Apetiz and Swile.

What languages are available for digital menu translation?

We have 5 languages available for translation digital menu English, French, Spanish, Italian, German. Other languages coming soon!
