Your customers can pay with paperless luncheon vouchers from Edenred, Sodexo, Updéjeuner, Apetiz or Swile.

How am I notified of Click and Collect orders?

You will be notified directly on the order receipt platform and by e-mail.

Do my customers need to download an app to use Obypay Click & Collect?

Your customers don't need to download an application to use Obypay, but they can add your establishment's web link to their home screen.

Do I need to invest in additional equipment (e.g. tablets) to install Obypay Click & Collect?

There's no need to invest in additional equipment to install Obypay in your restaurant.

Do my customers need to download an app to order at the table with Obypay?

No, your customers don't need to download an application. By scanning the QR Code on your table, they can access your online menu directly and place their order. Thanks to Obypay technology, they can also choose to add a shortcut to their smartphone's home screen for direct access to your establishment's Obypay services.

Do I need to invest in additional equipment to install Obypay's tabletop ordering system in my restaurant?

If your POS software is part of the list available with Obypay, you won't need any additional equipment. If you wish, you can opt for a printer dedicated to receiving orders at the table, or view them on one of your connected devices via a dedicated web page. Our team is here to help you find the best solution.

How do I order QR Code holders?

Once you have validated your registration with one of our advisors, you can request QR code holders from your Obypay online space or by sending a message directly to the following address: support@obypay.com

Can I choose just one solution from a formula?

Obypay's digital solutions offer a complete ecosystem of solutions to cover all the needs of foodservice professionals. These solutions have been designed as formulas, but are also available à la carte. In this way, each solution can be used independently of the others, although the full value of the solution takes shape when deployed as a whole.

You can therefore choose to deploy a Click & Collect and Click & Delivery service without necessarily having to have a control terminal.

Do you have customer support?

Of course! Supporting our customers is at the heart of what we do at Obypay. We have in-house level 1, 2 and 3 customer support available by e-mail and telephone. Our team can also travel to your site and send technicians. Finally, our customer service team is available throughout our collaboration, so we're there to support you when you deploy your solutions, as well as over the long term.

What does Obypay mean?

Obypay stands for Order by yourself & Pay.

Nevertheless, we pronounce our brand in the French language, which is why many of our customers write Obipay.

How many customers does Obypay work with?

We support over 1,500 customers, mainly in France, but we are also present in Europe. Germany, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland... many of our customers are present in neighboring countries, and even in Denmark.

You represent an independent restaurant, a fast-food restaurant or a small chain, a franchise networkor even a leisure complex (bowling, karaoke, etc.)? We have many references that we'd be happy to share with you.

Does Obypay own its solutions?

Our digital solutions have been developed entirely in-house and in France. As a result, we have complete control over both the deployment and enhancement of our services.
This ability to develop our products in-house is important to us, and also enables us to better support our customers through the development of specific functionalities.

How long does it take to set up Obypay in your establishment?

Obypay solutions are available through a unique SaaS model that we deploy at all our customers' sites. Deployment takes between 2 and 5 weeks on average, depending on the complexity of the project and our deployment schedule.

We can also deploy within a week to meet your urgent needs.

How can I create a beautiful digital menu if I don't have photos of my dishes?

We offer you a library of royalty-free images, as well as a list of websites offering royalty-free images.

What languages are available for digital menu translation?

We have 5 languages available for digital menu translation: English, French, Spanish, Italian and German. Other languages coming soon
