Your customers can access your online delivery menu wherever they are. There's no application to download, so your Click and Delivery is accessible directly over the Internet.

They choose the products and fill their shopping cart. They fill in the delivery address, then pay the bill using Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card or even luncheon vouchers.

How does the delivery service work?

Restaurant owners can now benefit from a Click & Delivery service thanks to our integration with Uber Direct. Our partner puts its fleet of white-label delivery drivers at your disposal. 

What are the commissions on delivery sales?

Obypay takes no commission on your sales! Thanks to our partnership with Uber Direct, we've negotiated attractive rates with various delivery fleets. This means you can maintain your margins. 

Is it possible to set minimum order quantities for delivery?

Absolutely! You can define your own criteria, whether it's a minimum order value, a delivery zone, delivery prices... You can even define different delivery prices depending on the distance between your restaurant and the delivery address. Take control of your business and keep your costs under control. 

How can I pay my customers?

Obypay accepts all types of payment, so you can offer them to your customers. Whether by credit card (CB, Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or meal voucher (Swile, Edenred, Sodexo, Updéjeuner or Apetiz), your customers are free to choose. We've even forged partnerships with payment solutions such as Twint in Switzerland. 

Can my customers track their orders like Uber Eats or Deliveroo?

Yes, our Click & Delivery service offers the same features your customers are used to when they have their order delivered by another platform. They can track the status of their order, as well as the progress of delivery live. 

Do my restaurant's customers need to download an app to use Obypay Click & Delivery?

No, your customers don't need to download an app to get delivery with Obypay. The Click & Delivery ordering interface can be accessed directly from a smartphone, tablet or computer. This means less hassle for your customers, who don't have to install anything to order. All you have to do is share the link to your delivery menu on your website, your social networks or your Google My Business account! 

Does Click & Delivery also work for multi-site operations?

All our ordering and payment solutions, as well as customer loyalty solutions, are optimized and designed for multi-site operations. Whether you're the owner of one or more establishments, a chain or a franchise network, you can offer delivery to your customers thanks to Obypay.

Can I use my own delivery drivers?
