Can Obypay be used for marketing campaigns?

Yes, Obypay is a 360° digital solution that enables restaurateurs to send out marketing campaigns. From a single platform, you can manage your entire marketing strategy with Obypay. What are the benefits of a restaurant marketing campaign?

Marketing campaigns are essential for restaurants, and have many advantages. After all, you've done the hardest part when someone becomes a customer of your restaurant, but now you're faced with an essential question: how do you keep your customers coming back and remaining loyal? 

With such a device, you can communicate and share information with your customers. Marketing campaigns in the foodservice sector are therefore an excellent way of building customer loyalty, rewarding them and, above all, encouraging them to return to your establishment.

Can I personalize my messages?

Yes, Obypay lets you send personalized messages when you send a marketing campaign. Many options are available to make each of your customers feel unique. Many message personalization options are available in our tool (First name, Last name, ...) and even your customers' favorite products!

Is there a limit to the number of campaigns you can send each month?

The number of campaigns you can send each month is unlimited. However, our formulas include a limit of 1,500 customer contacts.
Do you have more than 1500 contacts? Don't worry, we offer an option for an unlimited number of contacts for €50 per month.

Are there any additional costs for sending SMS or email campaigns?

There is no additional charge for e-mail marketing campaigns. SMS campaigns, on the other hand, are billed at 11 euro cents per SMS sent. We therefore advise you to give priority to e-mail, and to use SMS as a complement to e-mail and in specific situations.

How do I know if my customers have received my message?

Once you've logged into your Obypay administrator area, you can access a wealth of information, including the deliverability of your e-mails. Obypay lets you know exactly how many e-mails have been sent, received, opened and even clicked on by your customers. Our algorithms allow you to go even further by calculating the Return on Investment (ROI) of your marketing campaigns. So you know exactly how much sales your marketing campaigns have generated.

Do my customers need to give their consent to receive messages?

Yes, it's essential. Your customers must explicitly give their consent in order to receive marketing campaigns. Compliance with RGPD rules is important to Obypay and we therefore enable you to be compliant with them.

Can my customers unsubscribe from my mailing list?

Yes, your customers can ask to unsubscribe from your mailing lists at any time. This aspect is important in order to comply with RGPD rules. In fact, we advise you to give your customers the choice by integrating this unsubscribe option at the bottom of your e-mail marketing campaigns. If one of your customers sends you a private message, you can also unsubscribe them from your mailing lists from their customer file.
