Que se passe-t-il si le client n’a pas son téléphone en caisse ?

Le Pass Wallet facilite l’accès au programme de fidélité, mais il ne remplace pas le compte client. Si le client n’a pas son téléphone, votre équipe peut toujours retrouver son compte fidélité selon les moyens disponibles dans votre établissement : nom, email, numéro de téléphone ou autre identifiant prévu dans votre parcours.
