From its beginnings as a food truck to a network of establishments combining bakeries, pastry shops and caterers, the brand has established itself through its quest for quality and authenticity.

Today, the brand is an essential reference on the Hauts-de-France culinary scene.

Auguste & Ferdinand's challenge: simplify management and boost sales without duplicating solutions and contacts.

With three bakeries in full expansion, Auguste & Ferdinand's management was looking for a digital solution capable of simplifying management and increasing sales. 

The initial requirement was to set up a new Click & Collect system in their bakeries.This was because the existing solution required us to manually retype each order in the checkout software: a time-consuming and non-intuitive process.

On the other hand, Auguste & Ferdinand wanted to launch a new loyalty program to strengthen customer commitmentwithout adding the complexity of an additional partner to their ecosystem.

On the advice of their cash register software LightSpeedThe brand opted for Obypay, a comprehensive solution for centralizing Click & Collect and loyalty program management, simplifying their day-to-day operations.

01. Click & Collect

To meet Auguste & Ferdinand's need for efficiency, Obypay deployed a system of Click & Collect perfectly integrated into the point-of-sales software. This solution automatically synchronizes online orders with the cash register, eliminating manual re-entries and reducing potential errors. 

Customers can easily order online and collect their purchases in-store, optimizing order flow and enhancing the customer experience.

02. The digital loyalty program

To build customer loyalty, Auguste & Ferdinand has adopted the digital loyalty program of Obypay. 

Previously, the brand used stampable loyalty cards, a simple but limited system in terms of follow-up and customer engagement. This process did not allow for the collection of customer data or regular contact with customers.This makes it difficult to implement effective loyalty strategies.

With the digital loyalty program, customers now earn points with every purchase, whether Click & Collect or at the counter. Thanks to a dematerialized loyalty card, accessible via a QR Code stored on their phone, they simply scan their card at each checkout. 

This solution not only simplified the customer experience, but also enabled the Auguste & Ferdinand team to to get to know their customers better and strengthen their commitment through more personalized follow-up.

03. Marketing campaigns

In addition to its ordering and loyalty solutions, Obypay enables Auguste & Ferdinand to maximize the impact of its customer database through targeted marketing campaigns. 

Customer data, collected continuously via CRM, offers a detailed view of consumer behavior and preferences. This in-depth knowledge enables the team to send out personalized messages by e-mail or SMS to keep you up to date, gather opinions or promote specific events.

04. Click & Delivery

Finally, to meet changing customer expectations and offer a complete service, Auguste & Ferdinand has integrated our Click & Deliveryin partnership with Uber Direct

This collaboration enables customers to place orders online and have them delivered directly to their homes, with the same fluidity as with Click & Collect.

Order management is simplified thanks to integration with the cash register software, enabling teams to easily track the status of deliveries and offer responsive service. 

This service not only meets the needs of customers looking for delivery convenience, but also helps to broaden the potential customer base and increase sales.
