Explain how it works: each table has its own QR Code, so they can't get it wrong.
After scanning the QR Code, your customers can access your digital menu on their cell phone and place their order online. The product push function suggests items to add to their basket.

No, your customers don't need to download an application. By scanning the QR Code on your table, they can access your online menu directly and place their order. Thanks to Obypay technology, they can also choose to add a shortcut to their smartphone's home screen for direct access to your establishment's Obypay services.
If your POS software is part of the list available with Obypay, you won't need any additional equipment. If you wish, you can opt for a printer dedicated to receiving orders at the table, or view them on one of your connected devices via a dedicated web page. Our team is here to help you find the best solution.
Once you have validated your registration with one of our advisors, you can request QR code holders from your Obypay online space or by sending a message directly to the following address: support@obypay.com
Not at all! Online payment by QR Code is offered separately, and you can make do with the tabletop ordering module. Please note, however, that the QR Code payment is increasingly requested by restaurant customers to avoid waiting for the bill. And this has a direct effect on tips: they increase by 20-30% with QR Code payment.
Ordering at the table without integrated payment is a bit like eating buttered toast without jam. For a zero-defect customer experience, rely on our complementary solutions.
