Imagine yourself and your group of friends unable to find a nice place to spend some quality time together... That's the story Ugo Mendes and his partners had to tell. So they took matters into their own hands and created the place of their dreams: Seven Places Food Court in Versailles.

The concept? A place for meetings and activities where everyone can feel at home, all backed by a museum.

Sept Lieux's challenge: centralized digitalization

Sept Lieux was born from a simple vision: to offer a unique space in Versailles where groups of friends, families and visitors could gather to eat, drink and take part in cultural activities. 

The project of Ugo Mendes and his associates began as an association, with a music studio, just a place to get together and listen to music without disturbing the neighbors. Shortly afterwards, it evolved into a collective and they organized events in bars and nightclubs, followed by larger events in Versailles.

Finally, after several projects in the city, they were able to develop the Guinguette de Versailles. For three consecutive years, they organized a festive space with music, food trucks, various activities such as face painting, theatrical improvisation and concerts.

After several major projects, Versailles town council offered them the opportunity to move into the former Post Office building. They responded to a call for tenders to develop the space, which has now become a multimodal space at the crossroads of restaurant, bar and multi-programming venue.

The challenge for Ugo and his partners was to make this place from passagein a place of destinationwhere people stay and feel good.

A major challenge lay ahead: centralize management of this multi-faceted space, while guaranteeing a unique experience. fluid and jokes to consumers. Building customer loyalty and making each visit unique was also one of the objectives of the food court. The ambition is clear: this space must be friendly and dynamic to create a real community.
