Located in Vieux Lyon, Food Traboule is a 660m2 food court that brings together 12 counters, 2 bars and a coffee shop, in a historic location. This living space attracts a varied clientele in search of a unique, convivial food experience. With such a wide range of choices and such a vast space, Food Traboule was looking to improve the customer experience while optimizing its operations.

The Food Traboule team needed to modernize its cash register system, and wanted to implement a solution that would enable ordering and payment at the table. 

The aim was to facilitate the process for customers while optimizing operations stands.

✔︎ Integrated payment : After placing their order, customers can pay directly from their phone, consolidating all orders into a single order. one easy, secure transaction.

✔ Automatic notification : customers receive a notification on their phone as soon as their order is ready, eliminating queues and improving efficiency.

Cashback loyalty program

✔︎ Instant Reward : With the loyalty program from Obypay, 5% of the amount of each order is credited to the customer's digital kitty.
