style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une &eacute;tude publi&eacute;e par US Foods vient nuancer les id&eacute;es re&ccedil;ues. Les clients interrog&eacute;s se disent pr&ecirc;ts &agrave; attendre jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ir.usfoods.com\/newsroom\/news\/news-details\/2024\/US-Foods-2024-Diner-Dispatch-Survey-Uncovers-Surprising-Shifts-in-Diner-Preferences\/default.aspx?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">26 minutes pour une table, contre 20 minutes l&rsquo;ann&eacute;e pr&eacute;c&eacute;dente<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Alors que nos quotidiens sont de plus en plus v&eacute;cus au pas de course, accepter d&rsquo;attendre davantage peut sembler contre-intuitif.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"small-txt font-regular\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En r&eacute;alit&eacute;, ce n&rsquo;est pas si surprenant. Ces derni&egrave;res ann&eacute;es, on a vu des files d&rsquo;attente de plusieurs heures devant des pop-ups &eacute;ph&eacute;m&egrave;res, des ouvertures de restaurants tr&egrave;s attendues ou certaines <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/obypay.com\/it\/panetterie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">panifici<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> devenues des r&eacute;f&eacute;rences. <\/span><b>Dans ces situations, l&rsquo;attente fait presque partie de l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience et devient un passage accept&eacute;, parfois m&ecirc;me valoris&eacute;.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"small-txt font-regular\"><b>L&rsquo;attente n&rsquo;est donc pas rejet&eacute;e en bloc, elle devient conditionnelle.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pendant longtemps, la d&eacute;cision d&rsquo;achat se jouait surtout sur un rapport qualit&eacute;-prix.
