nasconde una paura molto reale: <\/span><b>perdere ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 il cuore del vostro lavoro (l'atmosfera, il contatto, il legame umano) adottando strumenti freddi e scollegati dalla vostra vita quotidiana.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"small-txt font-regular\">&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\"small-txt font-regular\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ma porre il dibattito in questi termini significa non cogliere la vera questione: \"come digitalizzare in modo intelligente, in modo che serva al vostro modo di lavorare senza snaturare ci\u00f2 che avete costruito\".<\/span><\/p><p class=\"small-txt font-regular\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perch\u00e9 il problema non \u00e8 il digitale in quanto tale.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><\/p><p class=\"small-txt font-regular\"><b>Si tratta di un approccio digitale mal integrato e privo di logica aziendale, che rende le cose pi\u00f9 complicate anzich\u00e9 pi\u00f9 semplici.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Fa perdere tempo, crea attrito e cancella l'esperienza anzich\u00e9 migliorarla.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"small-txt font-regular\"><b>Ben pensato, \u00e8 proprio il contrario:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">risparmiate tempo sulle questioni operative<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capirete meglio i vostri clienti<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Togliere la pressione alle vostre squadre<\/span><span 400;\">Vediamo quindi di avere un quadro pi\u00f9 chiaro, <\/span><b>diamo uno sguardo alle 5 idee preconcette che frenano (a torto) la digitalizzazione nel settore della
